4News -> common problem
  With so many labels to choose from, you may feel a little confused. Do you need a brand label, laundry label or country of origin label? Let's uncover the mystery of different types of labels you see on clothes and help you choose your own labels.
  Choosing clothing labels can be tricky. Maybe you're not sure what all the different labels are for, or what labels your item needs, it doesn't matter. The term "clothing label" contains many different types of labels, which you can find in clothing or textiles, so please wait patiently, continue reading and let us clarify some problems you may encounter.
  If we want to start from the foundation, these are what you should know. About five different types of labels can be found on any garment. They are as follows: brand Care (including warning labels), content, size and country of origin. This information will be passed on to the customer (or end users of the product you are labeling) so that they can make full use of the product. Now, you may decide that your product does not need some information, or you may want to combine some of it into fewer labels - it's all possible! We'll discuss these different labels below to help inspire you to think of a combination suitable for your brand.
  Brand label
  Brand label is a place where your creativity shines. These labels reflect your brand style and brand identity through name, logo, color and sometimes contact information. They can be large or small, can be hidden, or can be integrated into the design of items. We recommend that you choose a logo for your brand and only focus on some things, such as your brand name and logo. Keeping these labels simple (but rich in design!) is the key to getting compelling and memorable brand labels without additional information.
  Care and content labels
  Care and content labels are information labels that can be found on clothes or textiles you buy. These labels tell the owner of the item what material the item is made of and may also include specific cleaning or washing instructions. This label may display both symbols and multiline text, and a printed label is ideal for this purpose. Many care and content labels also show the country of origin. If you want to reduce the number of labels for the whole product, you can consider adding them together. If you sell goods to the public, make sure to check local laws and guidelines before ordering. Many places have specific regulations on care labels in textiles, so you need to comply with these regulations.
  Dimension label
  It's a good idea to put a size label on your clothes, especially when you plan to make similar items in multiple sizes or sell them. The size label can be placed anywhere on the garment, but it is usually next to the "care and content" label or on the brand label. You can also choose to add the size information directly to the care or brand label you have planned to order, but this means that you may need to order a series of labels if you plan to provide multiple sizes.
  Country of origin label
  The country of origin or "madein" label represents the country of origin of the product. In most countries, this is a legal requirement. Sometimes, the origin is on the "care and content" label, but if you want to show the tradition of your item, creating a separate label is a good way.
  Tag
  In a busy retail environment, hanging labels will attract people's attention to your brand and goods. They are usually made of thick cards and displayed in the visible position of the goods to provide information that shoppers want to know immediately, such as price and size. They are designed to be removed once purchased, so many designers use their hangtags as a place to tell the brand story. This is a good way for new customers to better understand why your product is special when browsing the shelves.
